Make Food Choices an Easy "A" at School!

Students who are healthy are more likely to do better in class. Children spend a lot of time in school and eat about a third to half of their daily calories while in school. So it just makes sense that all foods and drinks sold in school should be good for their bodies, right?

Reading, writing and arithmetic aren't the only lessons kids learn at school. They learn a lot about nutrition just by the food that are - or aren't - served to them. When we give our children healthy foods at school, we're teaching them good eating habits that will help them grow up healthy.

Join the Healthy School Foods Action Team to help make food choices an easy "A" at school.
